I am working on moving people into New City and realized that I didn’t have any starter homes. I quickly threw together three of them, although I am questioning if two of them are truly starter homes even though they cost less than $20,000. This one bedroom, one bath home is perfect for those who are just starting out and love cramped living space. It does beat living in your parents basement though.
